The Get Firewise programme is developed as a partnership between teachers and firefighters.

The programme is designed to be delivered by teachers but can be supported by firefighters or designated Firewise coordinators.

A firefighter or a Firewise coordinator is available to discuss the Get Firewise programme with teachers, principals and Boards of Trustees.

Firefighters or a Firewise coordinator are available to visit your class and deliver a 30 to 40 minute presentation that reinforces the learning in the programme.

An additional visit to the fire station or the opportunity for your students to explore the fire truck may be able to be arranged.
